IDEA LAB CODE DESK — SOURCE EDITOR, NOT A CODE RUNNER Paste or open a complete HTML/text source file, edit it, and keep versions before changing anything. Imports and restored versions are read as text, not executed. The supplied Idea Picker is a teaching example, not a new AI-generated response. SAVE YOUR WORK Drafts and versions exist only in this tab's memory. Download a JSON desk backup before closing or reloading. You can restore that backup with explicit confirmation. HTML export contains your current source exactly, without filtering or a sandbox. LIMITS 200 KiB UTF-8 per source, ten versions and a 2 MiB combined source budget. Backup import accepts bounded JSON, with a 4 MiB input limit. Restoring a version keeps one undo draft until the next edit. Do not enter private details or credentials. The desk has no account, uploads, cookies, browser storage or synchronization. BEFORE RUNNING Code Desk does not run code, preview an app, call an AI or certify source as safe. A guardian/instructor should review unfamiliar code before its first external run. Opening an exported HTML file runs it outside this desk. Follow the course's approved execution route, keep an earlier working version and record actual test results. Check the intended browser's file and download behavior before relying on saved work. See SECURITY-ASSESSMENT.txt for the same boundary in more detail.
